Q: Where do your dresses come from?
A: We get asked this question the most.
Our bridal gowns mostly come from bridal shops that have gone out of business and are discontinued from production.
We have recently started to receive sample gowns from current bridal shops, as well.
Q: Which sizes do you carry?
A: Our sizes start at zero and go up to 22 with limited selection. Please call for specific color or style availability- we are here to help!
Q: Do you have an on-site seamstress?
A: No, but we recommend several bridal alteration specialists in the area.
Q: Do you charge for appointments?
A: No, we do not charge for the first and second appointment. After two appointments we apply a $35 charge per appointment.
Q: Are you appointment only?
A: Making an appointment secures a fitting room, so we highly recommend making one. We have quite a few brides that come in from other cities and we would be saddened to know we wouldn’t be able to give you the experience you deserve after a lengthy trip.
Q: Do you purchase wedding gowns?
A: We do not purchase wedding gowns from individuals. We only consign from retailers.
Q: Do you sell bridesmaids dresses, mother-of-the-bride dresses or flower girl dresses?
A: No, we only specialize in bridal gowns.
Q: Do you rent wedding dresses?
A: No, our prices are comparative to rental prices, therefore we do not offer that service.
Q: Do you sell veils and other bridal accessories?
A: Accessories are available for purchase for SOS brides only.
Q: How many people can I bring to my appointment?
A: Due to limited seating, we recommend up to three people. Please call for bigger parties.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We have recently moved to the ground level back building inside of the corner plaza on Alma School Road and Erie in Chandler, Arizona.
